What You’ll Do:



  • Assist in timely schedule and appropriate routes taken by delivery agents.

  • Ensuring deliver timelines are met along all routes for each delivery agent

  • Responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Hubs from sales, service, delivery, profitability and team.

  • Providing critical insights regarding sales performance, and ensuring performance issues are identified and timely and appropriately addressed.

  • To ensure customers get their items delivered timely.

  • Avoid any loss in cash or items either from delivery agents or team members

  • Monitoring delivery agents progress and align for increased success rate

  • Recruitment of skilled delivery associates for the team according to skill.

  • Monitoring daily financial daily

  • Ensuring prompt monthly reconciliation partners and following up with the payment

  • Ensuring drivers are paid on time

  • Getting drivers and more hands for promo


Requirements


What You’ll Need:



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Hand-on experience in logistics and delivery services.

  • Minimum of 2+ years working experience

  • Experience in high volume sorting and delivery

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
