Responsibilities:

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors 


• Ensure accurate Import documentations are in place


• Follow up on custom agents to ensure smooth port clearing process


• Maintain supply chain inventory and records


• Create the company’s supply chain strategy


• Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes


• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly 


• Resolve issues that come up (e.g. bus services, delays in delivery, injuries)


• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the work place (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)


• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

Requirement:

• HND/BSC in Supply Chain Management


• Over 5 years experience in supply chain management


• Work days include (Monday - Saturdays)


• Have a background in business or engineering.


• Skilled with negotiation and vendor management
