Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all creative design and copywriting
- Responsible for the execution of all creative
- Ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels
- Effectively communicate company brand message through the creation of packaging and advertising graphics; create graphics and copywriting for key deliverables, including print and digital.
- Collaborate with HODs of business units to obtain knowledge of their requirements and get sign-off from the GM, S & T PGL
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas with the marketing team
- Establish creative direction in collaboration with GM Sales & Technical
- Design promotional graphics for website, social media, e-blasts, sales literature & presentations, tradeshow materials, and digital/online banner ads.
- Maintained database of digital images and ensured that all photography and videography were edited to Pacegate standards and uploaded to local storage and dropbox for distribution.
- Prepare sample mockups and graphics for customer presentations and sales meetings.
- Develop infographics and other online collateral following established digital brand guidelines.
- Visually maintain our brand style and standards while continuing to evolve our brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing Executive to provide graphics to support social media initiatives and online strategic direction and communication including email marketing and newsletters
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by General Manager, Sales & Technical

Minimum Qualification
- BA/BS in Graphic Arts and Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in design and project management
