Job Description
The Business Development Executives will pursue strategic retail and corporate business opportunities for the firm in all our product offerings.
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies
- Identify new opportunities by analyzing property needs of clients and prospects
- Locate and identify lettable vacant properties
- Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements
- Secure property development, valuation, management and facility management briefs
- Carry out inspection visits
- Prepare proposals and make presentations
- Prepare and submit activity reports
- Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.
Educational, Knowledge and Experience Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Development or other relevant field
- Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estate industry in Nigeria
- 1-2 years related experience, preferably in the real estate services.
