Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
Scrutinizing incoming spare part orders to insure that part numbers/ description correlate to what is physically received and stock counts balance to the waybills and other shipping documents
To ensure that the incoming spare part orders are accurately receipted on the DMS system
Responsible for the labeling of spare parts and the upkeep of all bin and storage area identification signage
Ensure that spare parts orders for customers and workshops are completed accurately and with utmost urgency, whilst complying with all company policies and procedures and that security protocols are enforced
To ensure that the outgoing spare part orders are accurately receipted on the DMS system.
Responsible for inventory control and reporting, inclusive of arranging and managing quarterly and yearly stocktakes or as requested by the company Accountant
Reimbursement of warehouse codes
Ensure that all material handling equipment is in good order and complies with all safety and maintenance standards
Train, supervised, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees
Working in close collaboration with the accountant to ensure customer payments are confirmed and recorded on the DMS system
Must also ensure that all company policies regarding account payments are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Warehouse supervisor
