Responsibilities

• Holding weekly training with all new staff,3 times a week (Nigeria & International stores)


• Weekly/periodic training & revisions with all old staff.


• Possessing adequate knowledge of all skin issues and the ability to impact the same knowledge to sales representatives through organized training


• Conducting monthly tests (twice a month) for all retail team members (for local & international stores and the Wuye branch


• Ability to help sales representatives generate better sales using various sales techniques and conversion skills


• Helping the sales representatives sell out alternative products when the product that sells themselves are not available.

Requirements

• Degree in any Science related course


• Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in training and consultation


• The candidate is also required to possess 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing


• Background knowledge of the functions of cosmetic products and their components.


• Should be Confident and Outgoing


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking
