Our client the telecommunication industry needs a qualified candidate for the role below
Salary: 400k to 500k
Summary:
Sales ManagerFixed Line manages and develops sales of wireless/fixedline internet solutions to customers in a predefined cluster. In addition to their responsibilities for bringing new customers, Sales Managers are custodians for retention and servicing the client’s needs during their life cycle. They also have a responsibility to ensure subscription revenue is achieved as per the Annual Operations plan for designated coverage clusters.

Responsibilities:
- Hire and Train the Sales Team.
- Create Sales Pitch and Materials.
- Work With the Director of Sales on the Marketing Plan.
- Conduct Sales Meetings With Clients.
- Keep Track of Communication With Clients.
- Ability to thrive in a leadership role and not be afraid to shoulder the blame when things go wrong.
- Develop, build, and manage a client base.
- Work with the Marketing Dept. to develop and execute Residential Sales initiatives.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote residential sales programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in telecom/ISP/.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT
- Excellent communication skills
- Direct sales experience from Telecom/ISP plus Banking and/ or Insurance but with diversification.
- A senior person with over 5 years experience from IPNX or ISN, Telecom/ISP industry Added advantage.
- Candidate should have doortodoor, frontline, cold sales, and direct sales experience. And should be between 3035 years of age.
