Key Purpose of Job



  • The role is to support and drive the digital marketing initiatives that are geared towards customer acquisition and retention. The incumbent must possess Search Engine Optimization skills to increase the visibility and relevance of the organization on Google and other Search Engines. He/she would create, publish and promote contents in various formats – blogs, e-books, whitepaper, podcasts, video, webinar, etc.— to enhance organizational clientele base and consequently drive increase in sales.


Main Responsibilities



  • Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Preparing Content Marketing Plans

  • Creating an Editorial Calendar

  • Content Creation

  • SEO

  • Editing and Ensuring Adherence to a Style Guide

  • Publishing and Promoting Content.


Requirements

Education:



  • A Good First Degree in any discipline or a technology related field.

  • An MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.


Experience:



  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role for B2B technology business.

  • Experience in the use of marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.


Professional Membership:



  • Industry Certification in digital Marketing – Google Certification, HubSpot, Hootsuite or other Relevant Professional Qualifications.

  • Compensation is very attractive: HMO, Pension, Bonus, etc all inclusive.


Content Marketing Executive Requirements:



  • Track record in producing a wide variety of content in various content formats such as blogs, videos, e-book, whitepapers, audio podcasts, etc.

  • Identify trends and insights

  • Identify trends and insights

  • Allocate marketing investments

  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns

  • Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind

  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms

  • Track the website traffic flow using analytics – Google Analytics, Buffer or SEM Rush

  • Implement and analyze performance metrics

  • Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI

  • Device experiments and conversion tests

  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis

  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms


Knowledge:

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:



  • Search Engine Optimization

  • Good knowledge of Content Creation

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Industry and product knowledge

  • Must have clear understanding and knowledge of B2B Business environment.
