Responsibilities



  • Attend to Visitors and guests in a timely and professional manner

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.

  • Maintain office security in line with Company's policy

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

  • Preparing meeting, refreshment and training rooms.

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Scheduling appointments.

  • Any other task.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.

  • Experience using office tools

  • Customer service experience.
