Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy.
Establishing a pipeline of core marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company’s revenue targets and marketing goals.
Analyse current and past financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business Opportunities based on holistic market research, performing risk assessment on different business opportunities, mitigating implementation risks to these opportunities.
Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
Significant experience with management in business development
Passion for, and excitement about, the creative sector
Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients
University degree in any subject or discipline
Good administrative, time management and record keeping skills
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects
Strong interpersonal skills – can confidently deal with different types of people, and manage delicate relationships
Good research skills
Strong proficiency in computer usage, with experience working with different types of software or programs – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Dropbox etc.
