RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy.

  • Establishing a pipeline of core marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company’s revenue targets and marketing goals.

  • Analyse current and past financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.

  • Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business Opportunities based on holistic market research, performing risk assessment on different business opportunities, mitigating implementation risks to these opportunities.

  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements



  • Significant experience with management in business development

  • Passion for, and excitement about, the creative sector

  • Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients

  • University degree in any subject or discipline

  • Good administrative, time management and record keeping skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills – can confidently deal with different types of people, and manage delicate relationships

  • Good research skills

  • Strong proficiency in computer usage, with experience working with different types of software or programs – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Dropbox etc.

  • Growth Mindset.

  • Experience in either of this creative industries (Film, music, entertainment, art, fashion)
