Job Description



. The job objective would be to strategically position the brand to create maximum value for all stakeholders through innovative digital marketing strategies. The preferred candidate would be expected to; strengthen the organisation’s brand equity, content strategy, leads generation and conversation rate, and market penetration strategy with the aim of promoting the business expansion and diversification goals


Key Responsibilities



  • Improve the organisation’s brand positioning and visibility within the Engineering sector and other allied industries.

  • Design and implement an effective content strategy that facilitates engagement with the right audience, and aids the generation of quality leads and improved leads conversion rate.

  • Develop sustainable market penetration strategies to increase the organisation’s market share within existing industries and expand into new markets, both locally and globally.

  • Organise events such as product launches, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, hackathons, photo shoots, etc as required to promote the Company’s products and services.

  • Strengthen the organisation’s position with global leaders in Engineering, Technology, and Innovation.

  • Work closely with staff across business units to effectively communicate and implement the Company’s brand identity, and implement growth strategies.

  • Organise, coordinate, and harmonise brand development activities that complement existing Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Impact Initiative goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and retention plans.

  • Periodically analyse sales data to better optimize marketing strategies.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, whilst maintaining existing client relationships, through various brand promotion channels and platforms.

  • Manage client information in the CRM database and feedback from clients based on brand development initiatives via other online platforms.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or allied discipline

  • Experience and competency in digital content writing and web/social media management.

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a Brand, Communications or Digital Marketing Lead

  • Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw, Inkscape, AdobeDesign, and other relevant application

  • Good interpersonal skills; Pro-active instincts; Excellent oral and written communication skills; poise and self-confidence.

  • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the Engineering Technology industry is desirable.
