Job Description



The candidate must have administrative and accounting skills as they will be required to take and keep records. On a personal level, you will work on various responsibilities in the manager's professional life and communication. Proximity to work is very important, only those living on the Island will be given priority.


Job Responsibilities



  • Be the manager's primary contact with on-site internal and external engineering workers.

  • Dispatch correspondence, screen calls, and direct calls

  • Respond appropriately to requests and inquiries.

  • Record daily materials and expenses from various engineering sites.

  • Keep track of appointments and meetings.

  • Organise travel arrangements.

  • Take notes and minutes.

  • Get office supplies

  • Create briefings, reports, and presentations.

  • Create and keep up with a system for office filing


Requirements and skills



  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Understanding of office management practices

  • English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.

  • The capacity to prioritise daily workload while multitasking

  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking

  • Reputation for discretion and confidentiality

  • A HND certificate or University degree would be highly advantageous.
