Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will develop and drive a channel approach to growing our brand and our sales, connecting with our customers and coordinating the sales and marketing in your area of coverage for our organization.
General Responsibilities
- Organizing sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Contributing to the overall strategic plan for Value Seeds Limited.
Required Skills
- Holds a B.Sc. or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Comm. And other related field·
- Experience managing and coordinating both inside and outside sales efforts;
- Strong grasp of and experience in both traditional and digital marketing (including catalogue / wholesale and retail programs and social media strategies) in a high growth environment.
- Record of positive leadership, superior communication & organization skills
- People and project management skills with the ability to coordinate, analyze, prioritize and deliver results in a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of on-line analytic tools, (Design and Graphics, Website and online marketing and writing and editing content/ad-copy would be an asset;
- A highly motivated individual who possesses high standards of excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit and the utmost integrity;
