Job Responsibilities



  • Responsible for increasing the number of Merchants across all verticals in the assigned Territory/State(s)

  • Responsible for increasing Merchants' transaction value monthly in the assigned Territory/States

  • Identify new business opportunities, growth ideas, customers, partnerships, and new ways to reach & penetrate the existing SME marketplace.

  • Ability to manage & organize a team of BDEs to meet and exceed set targets in the assigned Territory/ States

  • Communicating with Merchants to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

  • Manage Merchants' complaints and proffer solutions to them.

  • Ability to train and manage merchants on SME product knowledge


Job Requirement/skills



  • Bachelor’s degree with proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.

  • Be enthusiastic and have excellent relation-building skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven sales track record

  • Account Management
