Job Overview


The Group Head, Business Management, in addition to prospecting for new businesses, oversees the Business Management team, ensures that there is a clear distribution of work load, and acts as a link between the clients and the agency. Alongside the entire team, s/he ensures that the agency meets the client's needs and works with all the key functions that go into creating the agency's advertising output.


Key Duties


Consulting



  • Actively engage the clients in collaboration with other departments. 

  • Actively seek opportunities for growing the agency’s business, build its franchise with current clients and enhance the agency’s creative and brand building reputation, in conjunction with other departments 

  • Contribute to strategic thinking and provides input and added value to client work. 


Creative



  • Help the Creative Team develop in-depth knowledge of the client’s strategic issues and give actionable advice for improvements, for adaptation, as well as onward creative development.  

  • Evaluates creative work to ensure that it is in accordance with the brief and the strategic needs of the brand.  


Client Relationship Management



  • Responsible for satisfying the client needs while maintaining agency efficiency and account profitability. 


People Management



  • Ensure team spirit among team members. 

  • Ensure high quality of associates’ work and provide them with training on the job as appropriate.  

  • Distribute and allocate tasks and set priorities for all accounts.


Qualification & Experience 



  • B.Sc in Mass Communication, Marketing or related discipline 

  • 8 10 years' progressive work experience with at least two as Head, Account/Business Management.


Skills 



  • Ability to prioritise key accounts 

  • Strong research skills 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) 

  • Solid knowledge of budgeting and costing 

  • Excellent interpersonal and people Management skill 

  • Analytical mind with a strategic thinking ability 

  • Persuasion and influencing skill

  • Strong business acumen
