Job Summary
- A manager who shall direct and organizes all activities in the lounge and provide High standard customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with the primary aim of generating revenue.
Strategic Tasks:
- Full year plans on how to meet budget
- Providing periodic reports to stakeholders on ongoing situations.
- Overseeing staffs.
- Maintaining budget.
- Hiring and Training.
- Driving sales.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events
- Coordinating private functions.
- Monitoring the lounge, private functions to see that areas are adequately staffed and begin on time
- Overseeing the functions of the department to include general bar and lounge service to private functions.
- Monitoring the set-up of the bar, lounge, private functions and hospitalities.
- Making out liquor checks for lounge, bar, private functions, hospitalities, and any liquor for Executive staff members.
- Assisting with the set-up of bar, lounge, private functions and hospitalities when needed.
- Assisting guest with any problems or needs.
- Directly supervising Department employees in order to fulfill client needs
- Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.
- Reporting and following established company procedures on any disciplinary problems or deviations from normal procedures.

Specification / Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- Certification related to hospitality management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
