Job Description

• Using your sources to recruit applicants from the field


• Recruiting of qualified applicants (a minimum of 40 qualified applicants per week)


• Ensuring that standard requirements for guards recruitment, that is, Age,Height, Physical Fitness and Literacy are maintained.


• Creating a database of all company past and present guards


• Proper and thorough vetting of guards, applicants and their guarantors.


• Give orientation to recruited applicants about; attitude to work, codes of ethics for guards.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree.


• At least 3 years relevant work experience.


• You must be experienced in recruiting operatives and applicants.


• You must be versatile in computer (MS Word,MS Excel etc)


• Energetic, passionate and a goal-getter.
