Deliver and exceed set corporate sales targets
Develop and lead implementation of organization-wide business development strategy for top corporate clients or partners.
Lead complex and major sales presentations and negotiations with corporate clients
Prepare and present periodic budgets/sales forecast to management
Ensure marketing objectives and objectives are in line with sales targets.
Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads and sales performance.
Compile, analyse, and interpret sales data to produce reports on sales performance that can be used by the management team for making the right decisions for the company
Oversee the process of data collection, assessing, understanding and integrating primary quantitative and qualitative customer data
Evaluate organisational capability to respond quickly to consumer demand for products and/or services based on research outcomes
Prioritize channel characteristics by how well they help the company meet channel objectives and desired customer experience
Educate customers on the digital products and services offered by the company
Use specialist knowledge of Life Assurance products and services to meet client needs
Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing and Finance or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of prior experience in Corporate Life Assurance sales
Professional certification in Insurance, sales, marketing or any relevant field.
Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
In-depth knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
