Job Description
The ideal hire will be in charge of offering administrative assistance to make sure the office runs smoothly. You will be tasked with accomplishing multi-level duties in a timely and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid in managing office dial-in, conference room, travel, etc. demands. Develop a filling in system
- Respond to queries and grievances
- Serve as the company's first point of contact, respond to all incoming calls, reroute them, and reply messages
- Schedule meetings and record thorough minutes.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/HND degree in related field
- Minimum of 2 years post-nysc Front Desk/Administrative experience
- Proficiency in Ms Suite and system application is a must
- Proximity to the place of work is important
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
