Job Description



The ideal hire will be in charge of offering administrative assistance to make sure the office runs smoothly. You will be tasked with accomplishing multi-level duties in a timely and professional manner.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Aid in managing office dial-in, conference room, travel, etc. demands. Develop a filling in system

  • Respond to queries and grievances

  • Serve as the company's first point of contact, respond to all incoming calls, reroute them, and reply messages

  • Schedule meetings and record thorough minutes.


REQUIREMENTS



  • B.Sc/HND degree in related field

  • Minimum of 2 years post-nysc Front Desk/Administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Ms Suite and system application is a must

  • Proximity to the place of work is important

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
