Job Summary
- The purpose of this job is to maintain our information technology systems and networks.
- You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality, efficiency and security of computer, information, network and telecom systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects.
- Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.
- Provide techmical support or training for systems and network.
- Act as link between the end users and higher-level support.
- Install and configure networks, software and hardware.
- Monitor system and network performance and security.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities,
- Maintain and manage licenses, IT vendors and upgrade schedules.
Requirements
- BSc in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science and Engineering.
- Proven 2-3 years' experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, End user support or Systems Administration roles
- Standard technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
- Understanding of cloud computing and SaaS platforms for business.
- Familiarity with the tenets of Information Systems Security, Network and Data Security.
