Job Description
The field sales supervisor will:
- Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up-to-date route plans.
- Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight to ten to ensure the correct service levels and distribution.
- Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable products to service their outlets daily as per the plan.
- Review daily the service levels, sales volume, and wastage performance by route with each FSE in the team.
- Ensure that Field Sales Executive under his control reconciles their stocks and cash deposit daily.
- Other related assignments.
Requirements and qualifications
- HND or BSc in Marketing or Business-related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar.
- Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols
- Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships
- Cautiously optimistic, personable and resolute.
- At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales.
- Excellent understanding of merchandising.
- Great leadership skills with the ability to organize teams.
