Job Description



The field sales supervisor will:



  • Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up-to-date route plans.

  • Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight to ten to ensure the correct service levels and distribution.

  • Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable products to service their outlets daily as per the plan.

  • Review daily the service levels, sales volume, and wastage performance by route with each FSE in the team.

  • Ensure that Field Sales Executive under his control reconciles their stocks and cash deposit daily.

  • Other related assignments.


Requirements and qualifications



  • HND or BSc in Marketing or Business-related field.

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar.

  • Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols

  • Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships

  • Cautiously optimistic, personable and resolute.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales.

  • Excellent understanding of merchandising.

  • Great leadership skills with the ability to organize teams.
