Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems


• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process


• Create and implement effective onboarding plans


• Assist in performance management processes


• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Requirements

• University degree in human resources management, Business administration, or any relevant field 


• 2-4 years’ experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.


• Proficient in MS Office


• Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels.


• Excellent Problem solving and decision-making aptitude


• Ability to multi-task and maintain good relationships with employees
