Job Description



The CAMS manager will be responsible for coordinating, directing and managing the CAMS department including community affairs liaison, regulatory issues, security of company’s assets and resources as well as security activities such as carrying out periodic and random investigations, liaising with government security agencies and security vendors.


KEY REPONSIBILITIES



  • Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor security operations & community affairs management of the company

  • Oversee investigations of reported or perceived crimes, security breaches across all regions of the company and provide prompt updates on such investigations for further directives by the management

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures geared towards improving company’s security apparatus and architecture

  • Negotiate with all government officials for statutory payment processing in line with the government policies and regulations.

  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies to foster a better working relationship with the company.

QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Social Science or any relevant field.

  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be of added advantage

  • 5-7 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry or similar/related industry, with emphasis on crime investigation role, security coordination and management

  • Any Additional Qualification from a Security Institution
