Duties



  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

  • Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance

  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management

  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

  • You’re the hub for customers contacting us on all fronts, by telephone, email, or the web.

  • You have the charm to engage a client contacting us for the very first time.

  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and renting Cavier spaces for the right price under the best terms

  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

  • Display and market real property to possible buyers

  • Solid understanding of booking platforms like airbnb, nigeria property center and ensuring your leads are updated and managed on it daily

  • Ensure teams KPI is always met

  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, event marketing and listing services

  • Remain knowledgeable about the short term rental markets.


Requirement



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
