About this Opportunity
- As a expert in Total Rewards & People Analytics, you will work proactively with business leaders, People Business Partners and other stakeholders to bring the analytical solutions to People Function in the assigned country/geography.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Provide analytical solutions to People Function (People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Learning Development.
- Work with People Business Partners and help develop the analytics capabilities and as well as other key stakeholders in the organization so that there is a more widely dispersed analytics capability across the business.
- Build a partnership with People Business Partners, business operations/resource managers, financial controllers, and global transformation officers by providing analytics with direction and support
- Leverage organization and people data to analyses for key trends, and drivers of people challenges to enable business and people leaders to take informed decisions about strategy and corrective actions
- Provide consultation and guidance to People Business Partners during the headcount planning process; own day-to-day workforce planning activities and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Craft and prepare analytics that uncovers opportunities for workforce actions, respective cost implications and will allow leaders to make informed decisions
- Develop core analytics standard solutions to answer critical business needs, such as pay equity analysis and reporting, predictive attrition, retention drivers, etc
- Fully engage in multiple People activities, including ad-hoc activities in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as analytics consultant to other critical stakeholders in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Talent Planning
- Use project management skills to lead projects and influence and acquire consensus and drive execution and achievement of the desired results
Requirements
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Degree in HR, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or related field, including 5 years of analytics and visualization experience
- Experience of delivering high impact, practical analytics and interventions in complex, global organizations
- Ability to balance detail with thinking strategically about underlying goals/needs
- Strong written, communication, and storytelling skills to convey sophisticated analytics concisely
- Aptitude to quickly learn and utilize new analytical technologies
- Collaborative partner to the business as well as the Talent and People function, able to work at all levels
- Outstanding Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
