Our client, an innovative real estate organization, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its team.
The ideal role holder will be responsible for the development and increasing sales of real estate properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent sales management experience for clients
- Proactively drive sales planning, forecasting, and sales and customer service management Develop and maintain relationships with buyers until the sale is fully completed.
- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes
- Ensure strict adherence to the company’s operational standard
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and sales database
- Propose and implement sales promotional initiatives
- Participate in negotiation and ensure closure of sales processes
- Participate in the company’s annual goal-setting and budgeting process, by providing the requisite information, market intelligence, data, and insight required for the process
- Liaising with the Marketing team to organize PR events
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and industry
- Must be conversant with challenges associated with the Real Estate industry
- Ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional manner
- An inquiring mindset seeking innovative ways to deliver without compromising quality
