Description 

• Maintain a Positive and professional towards at all times


• Assist the head customer service representative. attend to customers' inquiries


• Communicating with customers through various channels


• Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints


• knowing our products in and out so that you can answer all questions


• keeping records of customers' transactions, comments and complaint


• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process


• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer service support


• Daily update of customers' investment details.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.


• Interested applicants should not be more than 26 years of age and should have the ability to speak fluent English
