Job Brief

• We are looking for an effective warehouse manager who will oversee administration, security, maintenance, sanitation, and safety functions.


• He/she will also train, evaluate and reward staff.


• You will ensure the maintenance of company assets

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and develop the warehouse operations team.


• Onboard clients, warehouses and manage the warehouse team.


• Formulate warehousing policy, create systems with a regular report and daily trend tracking of warehouse data


• Liaise and negotiate with clients, warehouse owners and transport companies.


• Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the warehouse and logistics teams.


• Recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve warehouse operational objectives.


• Amazing negotiation and communication skills.


• Have a data-driven analytical mindset (great Excel skills are a must)


• Analyze metrics and implement ideas to improve operational and financial metrics.


• We are a data-driven startup, so a good knowledge of the tech startup ecosystem is needed - management and analytic.

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain


• 10 years Proven working experience working in logistics, E-commerce (warehouse, Haulage and planning)


• Strong Data and Technology Skills


• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices


• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives


• Record of successful distribution and logistics management


• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff


• Proficient in standard logistics software Professional Certification required.


• Excellent analytic solving and problem-solving and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects


• Understanding of the logistics technology process
