Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, and increase efficiency.
- Manage the movement of goods into and out of warehouse facilities.
- Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being, purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate/supervise all Ibadan staff and their activities (Order Management).
- Ensure quality of products being received.
- Liaison with top management in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement and manage operational plans.
- Ensuring that all orders are logged in dynamics.
- Uploading and reconciling inventory reports.
- Ensuring rebates credit notes are generated and management is informed.
- Monitoring logged orders till they are delivered in the warehouse.
- Updating OPM order status report.
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Oversee the activities of other team members.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you as and when due by the management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years work experience.
