Description 

• We are looking for an experience Bakery Manager to provide strategic leadership and ensure key deliverables are achieved in our business.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day production of good quality bread and other products.


• Develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.


• Ensure the bakery environment meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases.


• Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations in the various sections of the bakery.


• Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service at all times e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND or B.Sc in Food and Beverages or related field.


• Minimum of 8 years working experience in a similar capacity.


• Proven experience managing a commercial bakery is a must.


• Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.


• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.


• Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.


• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
