Requirements and Responsibilities



  • Candidates should possess and OND,  HND or BSc in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.

  • Attention to details

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary

  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Provides support for the provision of logistical arrangements, activity implementation and provision of updates accurately and professionally

  • Ability to prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, letters and forms, as well as providing accurate responses to email and telephone enquires

  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and business partners

  • Develop and maintain accurate filing systems

  • Prepare and submit daily activity report accurately and professionally

  • Provide support for cash flow management, invoicing and sales record maintenance and documentation.

  • Ability to perform any other function that may arise within the cause of your employment accurately and professionally.
