- Candidates should possess and OND, HND or BSc in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Attention to details
- Proven work experience as a Secretary
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Provides support for the provision of logistical arrangements, activity implementation and provision of updates accurately and professionally
- Ability to prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, letters and forms, as well as providing accurate responses to email and telephone enquires
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and business partners
- Develop and maintain accurate filing systems
- Prepare and submit daily activity report accurately and professionally
- Provide support for cash flow management, invoicing and sales record maintenance and documentation.
- Ability to perform any other function that may arise within the cause of your employment accurately and professionally.
