Job Description
As a Bancassurance Relationship Officer,
- You will be charged with the responsibility of establishing and driving (Selling) Heirs Life personalized investment/insurance products to UBA Bank, walking in customers
- Ensure all customer insurance inquiries are handled promptly and accurate records on insurance transactions maintained at the branch
- Execution of day-to-day Insurance operations at UBA Bank Branches which entails new business development and cross-selling of insurance products within and outside the banking premises
- You will also be responsible for Selling the company's (Heirs Life) Pensions option (Annuity for Life) to UBA bank walking in customers who are newly retired & existing retirees from private Companies, State & Federal government organizations that are presently on program withdrawal.
- Timely follow-up on renewals to ensure business retention that would otherwise lead to income leakages.Ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly as per laid down policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge Experience & Key Competencies
- HND or BSc in any discipline from a reputable university within or outside Nigeria.
- Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to network and generate new business and cross-sell.
- Experience in Bancassurance processes and procedures will be an added advantage.
- Excellent business development and Client Relationship Management skills.
- Years of experience are not required as qualified candidates will undergo professional sales and marketing training
