Your responsibilities as Sales & Distribution Manager West Africa role at Videojet, include:



  • Growth, engagement, and development of your team

  • Define regional sales strategy and ensure implementation through commercial team

  • Manage the distributors network of North & West Africa (Nigeria & Ghana), drive performance for growth

  • Develop our distributors capability to sell our Videojet products across all product lines and select the right distributors as the need arises

  • Report on regional sales in line with business requirements and provide forecasts on anticipated activity

  • Partner with our distributors to develop their sales teams to lead and drive results

Your education and background experience will include:



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management

  • Excellent written & spoken English

  • Proven Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience, ideally with Equipment Sales / Consumables, and Servicing exposure

  • Worked in a multi-channel sales environment and is familiar with multi customers and high sales transactions

  • Proficiency of MS Office applications

  • Knowledge of CRM, SFDC being a plus
