Your responsibilities as Sales & Distribution Manager West Africa role at Videojet, include:
- Growth, engagement, and development of your team
- Define regional sales strategy and ensure implementation through commercial team
- Manage the distributors network of North & West Africa (Nigeria & Ghana), drive performance for growth
- Develop our distributors capability to sell our Videojet products across all product lines and select the right distributors as the need arises
- Report on regional sales in line with business requirements and provide forecasts on anticipated activity
- Partner with our distributors to develop their sales teams to lead and drive results

Your education and background experience will include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Proven Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience, ideally with Equipment Sales / Consumables, and Servicing exposure
- Worked in a multi-channel sales environment and is familiar with multi customers and high sales transactions
- Proficiency of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM, SFDC being a plus
