Job Description
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Correct diagnoses of customer’s equipment in order to achieve a first time fix or/and made correct recommendation(s).
- Achieve and manage the (difficult) customer’s expectations.
- Write direct, simple and clear technical report for customer’s easy intepretation.
- Versatile with the use of electronic service tools
- Safety cautiousness on and off the site
- Issues escalation to the back-end office when necessary
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- Effective communication skill (English)
- Possessed valid drivers’ license.
- Conversant with Lagos roads and traffic rules
- Ability to work for longer hours.
