Key Purpose of Job



  • The aim is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales and strong relationships with the apportioned verticalized (FSI/MET/PS) clients. OR

  • To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of subordinates and other relevant stakeholders to achieve its target market share and set goals of Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) for the apportioned verticalized (FSI/MET/PS) clients.


Main Responsibilities



  • Initiate discovery sessions with customers that will give rise to quality leads

  • Visits FSI customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities and provide technical information

  • Develop new and nurture existing revenue streams with reporting team to optimize opportunities and grow SATH's business

  • Meets established sales target (revenue, profit, expense) goals

  • Achieve key metrics (customer visits per week, prospect visits per week, trials conducted etcetera).

  • Own, monitors and drives the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes, aligning product and channel plans for the FSI vertical.

  • Reports regularly on progress through the appropriate reporting mechanisms on agreed KPIs and outcomes linked to the balanced scorecard

  • Creating sales pitches, executing sales objectives and managing client accounts

  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective and existing clients

  • Attending networking events, and negotiating sales contracts

  • Preparing sales contracts and prompt submission of bids/proposals; following company rules and guidelines

  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers

  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data

  • Making professional and escalation decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Prompt conflict resolution

  • Prompt attendance of meetings and adequate reporting

  • Others: any other task as deemed fit by the Supervisors.


Requirements



  • Candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience is required.


Knowledge required for the role:



  • Willingness to improve on relationship management skill

  • Demonstrate commercial acumen across sales and sales cycle

  • Willingness to learn and practice relationship management

  • Willingness to understanding of the customer landscape

  • Ability to lead and inspire team members (leader by example)

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships and ability to escalate matters to Sales Lead

  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

  • Adequate networking, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to plan and organise work to meet stretching targets

  • Conflict management

  • Timely reporting

  • Punctuality to meetings and events

  • Adequate Industry product knowledge.
