Job Description
A company carrying out the business of cold room and frozen foods is in need of a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Handle all task assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- OND/Diploma Certificate
- Must be a skilled driver with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be male and should reside around Lekki/Ajah axis.
