Infytel Communications Limited is a leadiding ICT Solutions provider in Nigeria which provides cost effective, customized ICT Solutions and services to leading corporates organisations in Nigeria for almost a decade.
We seek to employ experienced and qualified Business Development Manager to pilot the affairs of the Business Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Strong understanding of company or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
