To support the data analytics function by processing and analyzing complex data sets. To develop and maintain reporting and business performance tracking portals (reports & dashboards) in line with client’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visualization Solution Development


• Design, build and deploy data visualization solutions (using MS Power BI, Tableau) on large scale data sets


• Explore, mine, and experiment with data to assist in answering critical business questions


• Maintain data pipelines in support of use cases


• Visualize data to facilitate insights and understanding


• Creation and management of reporting portals & dashboards for the business


• Translate the business needs into specifications that will be used to analyze available data assets


• Identify dashboard/reporting requirements for business lines


• Communicate data analysis process and actionable insights derived from those analysis to management and other technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Provide support as required to assist clients in applying the generated insights to their business


• Provide trainings and support to users on the use of data analysis and visualization tools


• Data Preparation and Engineering


• Collaborate with the data engineers, select and prepare data to be used for specific use cases


• Be involved in the acquisition, integration, cleansing, labeling, transformation, management, and manipulation of large and complex data sets to enable the visualization of data engineering/science use cases


• Collaborate with data engineers to clean & integrate acquitted data to ensure it's fit for use


• Ensure compliance to regulatory polices around data


• Collaborate with product manager and engineers on data driven product enhancements initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Sciences


• BI Certifications preferable but not mandatory


• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in data visualization design, development and implementation of solutions


• 1-2 years of experience in data engineering, data mining, large scale data acquisition, transformation, and cleaning both structured and unstructured data
