Job Description



The major responsibilities are:



  • Achieve Sales targets with focus on New Products and Focus Cats

  • Implement Company Credit Policy with Zero tolerance on Bad Debts

  • Lead and drive intense Customer contact & engagement in states

  • Design & Implement Annual Business Plans for key accounts

  • Review Critical ageing report to ensure compliance with approved debtor days

  • Monitor the implementation of promotional activities to maximize ROI

  • Ensure implementation of agreed display standards.

  • Optimize distribution penetration &  the customer base

  • Drive business planning- IMEX in line with the agreed business objectives ( 5C)

  • Formulate and propose growth plan for the Region align with functional  CASITA

  • Work proactively with HRBP on succession planning / Talent  management- Capability, Coaching and Accompaniment for Sales Supervisors

  • Competition intelligence through networking

  • Review journey  plan compliance for the Regional Sales team


Required Knowledge, Skill & Experience



  • Relevant degree in any discipline

  • Computer proficiency esp MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • 7-10 years relevant working experience in retail environment.

  • Good knowledge of inventory management, credit control

  • Self-driven and possess very high levels of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, drive and resilience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills so as to effectively work with internal and external customers.

  • Must be exceptional at business development with extensive customer interaction.

  • Managing teams
