The innovation manager will help with Idea generation, evaluation, and implementation to enable a culture and internal framework that drives accelerated innovation across the Group.
Provide digital R&D capability for Stanbic IBTC Group providing insights on customer journeys, customer behavior analysis, industry analysis, and local and global competition.
Qualifications
First Degree in any field with applicable analytical certifications
Minimum of 4 years experience
Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector
Basic knowledge and understanding of Design thinking methodologies, process/project management, and application Agile methodologies are required
