Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily operational activities of the company.

  • Effectively monitor and drive sales activities.

  • Set directives for various departments under your supervision and ensure they are met.

  • Oversee staff documentation and appraisal alongside MD.

  • Ensure all duties are carried out according to laid out procedures and guidelines.

  • Optimize operations and procedures to increase revenue.

  • Handle client complaints and ensure good customer experience for clients.

  • Attend to all facility maintenance issues.

  • Be ready to represent the company in public and ensure we are up to date with federal, state and local levies.

  • Send activity report to management as at when due.


Requirements



  • MSc / BSc / HND in Business Management or relevant discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in similar position.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent time management skill.

  • Tech savvy

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to navigate google workspace.

  • Knowledge of inventory management
