Job Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Officer to identify, recruit, screen, and present suitable candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Clients to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- BSc degree/HND
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is an added advantage
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
