We're on the hunt for a savvy and creative Content and Community Manager to join our team. As our brand voice and image guru, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content across all media platforms.
You'll have the opportunity to work to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement and grow our subscriber base.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective content and community strategies.
Manage and publish content on all media platforms.
Review social media and other marketing metrics to improve campaign strategies.
Engage with subscribers, respond to customer feedback and messages across various platforms.
Collaborate with the team to create and implement new content ideas.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance our brand's reputation.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
2 - 4 years work experience.
Proven experience as a Content and Community Manager.
Strong understanding of social media, content creation and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Passion for startups, business and entrepreneurship.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
