Job Description

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Maintain accurate inventory record, both physical & on dynamics whereby contributing to the company sales target.


• Physical verification of products inside the warehouse before it is finally released to customers.


• Verification of returned products by customers.


• Endorsement of returned products before reversal is granted.


• Conducting and reporting of weekly stock count of various products.


• Daily reporting to unit head of goods invoiced and not yet picked before close of business.


• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration and another related course with a 2 to 3 years working experience.


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office especially Ms word, Excel and Outlook.


• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
