We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our company's Chairman. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant should be an excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar of the Chairman, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including confidential information.
- Manage expense reports and invoices for the chairman.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong proficiency in digital conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
