Description



  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

  • Supervise day to day to operations including supervising the maintenance and alternation of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, and office equipment for staff

  • Supervise member of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance

  • Prepare and edit correspondence communication, communication, presentation and another document

  • Manage overall Administrative activities for the office

  • Management of external relations

  • Ensure daily sales are reconciled to such proper accounting

  • Send monthly reports of incomes and expenses to Management

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information

  • Scheduling and Planning

  • Organizational skills

  • Ordinate the activities of the Client Executive

  • Performing other work related duties as assigned including corporate compliance team as needed

  • Maintain working relationship and communication with all department

  • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated

  • Taking monthly stocks of items in the pharmacy

  • Preparing hospital statistics


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND Degree Holder

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Administrative Managerin Health care

  • Resident in Lagos

  • Good communication skills
