Job Description

• The incumbent will assist in marketing their services and assist in achieving their organizational goals.


• Identify and explore new markets


• Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue


• Lead the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities


• Work with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities


• Encourage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals


• Ensure that the company meets revenue targets


• Develop and pitchideas for potential investors.

Requirements

• BSc. Degree in Marketing or any related discipline


• Must have at least 2 years of cognate experience


• Must understand the insurance market


• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skill


• Not more than 30 years of age.
