Overall:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- In collaboration with the marketing team, create interesting and relevant content for social media, company blogs, company website, and any other digital platforms in line with organization’s overall brand and communication strategy.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic, and SEO performance.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Manage day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Daily Basis:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Social media account handling
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s) - more into content side
- Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor Degree in any related course with a minimum of two years work experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of digital marketing and digital production
- Adequate knowledge of SEO
- Experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics tools with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Experience managing and delivering successful social media campaigns, and good understanding of social marketing.
