Job Function:



  • Achieve the Financial and Operational target for the Hub.

  • Build and retain a healthy customer base.

  • Be the face of the brand in the location.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Attend to customers politely and timeously.

  • Ensure that all targets are met continuously.

  • Drive the retention of customers by ensuring the proper administration of all Customer Loyalty offers.

  • Educate customers and provide guidance on all service related matters.

  • Ensure that all transaction issues are promptly escalated and/ resolved Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the location of operation

  • Ensure the attainment of all business goals and objectives.

  • Ensure that all marketing and/or branding materials are properly displayed at all times.

  • Ensure that approved prices are used at all times.

  • Ensure proper records of transaction are kept.

  • Be security conscious at all times and avoid unnecessary risks.

  • Ensure proper care of all company assets.

  • Adhere strictly to all Policies, Processes and Procedures.

  • Ensure full confidentiality of all relevant company information.

  • Provide regular reports on performance and other metrics as required.

  • Keep an open line of communication with Hub Supervisor.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Hub Supervisor.

Qualification: Minimum SSCE 

Salary: 30, 000 naiara net


Location: Every Nigerian State.
