Job Function:
- Achieve the Financial and Operational target for the Hub.
- Build and retain a healthy customer base.
- Be the face of the brand in the location.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend to customers politely and timeously.
- Ensure that all targets are met continuously.
- Drive the retention of customers by ensuring the proper administration of all Customer Loyalty offers.
- Educate customers and provide guidance on all service related matters.
- Ensure that all transaction issues are promptly escalated and/ resolved Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the location of operation
- Ensure the attainment of all business goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all marketing and/or branding materials are properly displayed at all times.
- Ensure that approved prices are used at all times.
- Ensure proper records of transaction are kept.
- Be security conscious at all times and avoid unnecessary risks.
- Ensure proper care of all company assets.
- Adhere strictly to all Policies, Processes and Procedures.
- Ensure full confidentiality of all relevant company information.
- Provide regular reports on performance and other metrics as required.
- Keep an open line of communication with Hub Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Hub Supervisor.

Qualification: Minimum SSCE
Salary: 30, 000 naiara net
Location: Every Nigerian State.
