Job Description

• We are looking for an individual with a high level of computer/numerical skills, who can work under pressure and deliver result within tight schedule. He/She must have a good knowledge of import and export operations and a good understanding of customs and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Open Insurance cover for all imports during import Trade applications.


• Establish Form M on the trade portal for all imports.


• Establish SON permit for imports.


• Prepare Import Exchange Control Documents (ECDs)


• Upload Import documentations to LFTZ Portals


• Analyse and present data to management for decision making.


• Prepare LFTZ export Documents


• Raise insurance from insurance portal.


• Keep records of transactions in repository.


• Upload Import documents to Supply Chain Cloud


• Maintain updated records on import and other important documents

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant field.


• A minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG.


• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages – MS Word, MS Excel.
